How do I sign up for email?

Become a Cool Rewards Club member! Simply visit any Cool Cuts 4 Kids location and ask a stylist for an application.

I signed up, why am I not receiving emails?

We’re sorry for the inconvenience. There are many reasons why you may not be receiving emails from us:

• We may have an incorrect or invalid email address for you in our system.
• Your mailbox could be full.
• The message size of the email could exceed limits set by your Internet service provider.
• Your server may be busy.
• Emails may be going directly to your spam folder. Make sure to add coolrewards@email.coolcuts4kids.com and coolrewards@coolcuts4kids.com to your email contact list.

If you are still not receiving emails, please send a help request to departmentcs@regiscorp.com or call 1.800.345.7811 and someone will contact you.

How often should I expect emails from Cool Cuts?

A couple of times per month (may include coupons, promotions and special event notifications).

How do I unsubscribe from emails?

Each email sent from Cool Cuts contains a link at the bottom that will let you unsubscribe. Simply click the link and follow the instructions to be removed from our email database. But remember, the emails contain special offers such as reward coupons that you won’t receive if you unsubscribe.

I unsubscribed, why am I still receiving emails?

Please allow 10 days for us to update our system with your request. If after 10 days you continue to receive emails, please call us at 1.800.345.7811.
